Pilgrims of Hope - Look Beyond
In 2025 we will celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Marist Association and gather for the fourth National Assembly. All Members of the Marist Association are warmly invited to join together as Pilgrims of Hope in Brisbane, June 2025. Let us discern together how the Holy Spirit is working through us, as we engage in spiritual conversations: actively listening and speaking from the heart.
Preparation for the Assembly will take the form of a spiritual conversation process, culminating in the National Assembly gathering. Over several months, there will be online and face-to-face dialogue between Association Members regarding the spirituality, ministries and future direction of the Association, as well as reporting on outcomes from the 2022 National Assembly.

ASSEMBLY FEES
Cost to attend Assembly: $195
Marist Youth Subsidy: Concessions for young Marists (eg. students up to age 28 undertaking full-time studies) will be provided on a reimbursement basis, provided the student utilises boarding accommodation at Ashgrove or other low-cost accommodation. The maximum reimbursement amount is the registration fee and Ashgrove boarding accommodation costs for up to two nights.

The Br Terence Boarding Residence
Accommodation is available onsite at Marist College Ashgrove for the duration of the National Assembly in the Br Terence Boarding Residence. There are 4 wings to the Boarding Residence with individual sleeping nooks, and shared bathroom amenities. Nooks will be allocated females on the ground floor, and males on the upper level.
Rate: $65 per night (Standard single bed with fitted and top sheet. Please note: Pillow, pillowcase and blanket are not supplied, and can be added as an optional extra @ $18.00, or bring your own). Breakfast is provided at the Boarders Dining room each morning.
Check-in Friday 27 June 2025: From 2pm. Hospitality Registration Desk: Tower Building.
Participants are welcome to book other accommodation options. Please make your own travel arrangements.
General Information
The National Assembly will be held at Marist College Ashgrove, 142 Frasers Rd, Ashgrove Qld 4060.
Registration Desk is located at the white Tower Building.
Limited parking is available onsite at the college - Br Francis McMahon Oval and swimming pool carpark.
The dress code is smart casual.
Friday Evening: Welcome drinks and canapes are provided.
Saturday and Sunday: Morning/afternoon tea and lunch are provided. Assembly dinner is on Saturday evening at 6.30pm, following pre-dinner drinks at 6.00pm.
Travel to and from the college and accommodation at participants' expense.
