Marian Lecture
The 2024 Marist Association Marian Lecture - The Jewish Jesus: Why it Matters - was presented by Professor Amy-Jill Levine. Professor Levine, a self-described member of an Orthodox synagogue deeply committed to inter-religious dialogue, offered illuminating insights into understanding Jesus as an authentic voice firmly grounded in the Jewish tradition.
"I am very committed to bringing Jews and Christians into dialogue over Jesus of Nazareth, the historical figure who lived in the 1st century.”
